It's Been a Fun Week So Far...

On Monday we woke up around 7:00 am (as usual) and had breakfast with our Mommy and then waited impatiently for our Papa to come over so we could go to the park!!  We love riding in our stroller around the lake at our park; just give us a cup and we are happy.  We wave at everyone as they walk past us and "bark" if they have any doggies.  After we went for a stroll we got to ride down the slide and swing on the swing sets.  Our trips to the playground don't usually last toooo long because our Mommy is a nervous wreck trying to watch both of us. (Just between US) we think she still thinks of us as babies and we KNOW we are big girls now.

 

P.S.  Don't you LOVE the sneaks...they squeak too!!

On Tuesday we went to play with our playgroup friends.  Our friend Sara came which made us very happy !!  She was very nice to let us play with her "Muney" (translation My Bunny) and her baby stroller.  We also played with David's toys and even stuck some of them up our nose (sorry David, our Mommy has just been wiping our nose soo much that we think everything should come in contact with our nose).  Noah was sweet and let our friend Harper play with a HUGE stuffed tiger that we constantly felt the need to roar at.  Our friend Walker had to leave playgroup early because he had to go see the doctor for his 15 month check up.  We didn't tell him there were going to be shots because we didn't want him to be nervous.  (Sorry buddy we should have warned you!!)

Later that afternoon when our Daddy came home we got in our POOL!!  Yes, it was cold, BUT we had a great time splashing around.  We didn't stay out too long because we didn't want our delicate skin to get burned (thanks for the heads up Ms. Kim-we don't want to be wrinkly we when get old).

 

This morning we ran some errands with our Mommy EARLY.  One lady at the dry cleaners even commented that we still looked sleepy (thanks Mom).  We then waited for our Granny to come play with us and later had lunch at a GREAT new deli.  After our nap we went with our Mommy and Granny to a new "plant" nursery.  It didn't take us long to break out of our stroller so that we could explore.  We love flowers, but mostly we love to pick up leaves and sticks.  We then came home and got in our pool only to discover that it was colder than the day before.  I think our Mommy should wait a little while longer before putting us in another bathing suit. MOMMY, IT IS NOT SUMMER QUITE YET.  We then got a WARM bath and couldn't wait for our Daddy to come home.  We played, danced and giggled the night away...
